Vehicle Theft and Attempted Vehicle Thefts in Joydens Wood

Good Afternoon Residents

To make you all aware in the early hours of Tuesday 3rd February 2026 a vehicle was stolen from an address in Bexley Park. In the early hours of Monday 2nd February 2026 between the hours of 03:00 and 06:00 in Joydens Wood there were two males who attempted to steal numerous vehicles from peoples driveways by checking to see if the vehicles were locked or not by trying the door handles. They were unsuccessful in their attempts

Residents please be aware and remain vigilant and make sure your vehicles are locked and secure. Please ensure no valuable items are left in your vehicles or within sight of your vehicles. If you witness any suspicious behaviour or witness a crime in progress then call 999
